THE NUT AND BOLT COMBINATION USED ON THE COUPLER ASSEMBLY WERE NOT COMPATIBLE AND MAY BECOME LOOSE, POSSIBLY ALLOWING THE TOW TRAILER TO DETACH FROM THE TOW VEHICLE.
