Also, the vehicles are not equipped with red reflectors on the rear of the vehicle. Thus, these vehicles fail to conform to the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 500, Low Speed Vehicles. Additionally, the Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) of the vehicle was incorrectly listed on the certification label which is a violation of Part 567, Certification.
