THE HIGH STRENGTH FASTENERS THAT CONNECT THE BOOM TURNTABLE TO THE PEDESTAL MAY FAIL DUE TO STRESS CORROSION CRACKING, WHICH COULD CAUSE THE BOOM TO FALL.
