IF THE CLAMP LOAD ON THE BOLTS IS NOT SUFFICIENT, THE ANCHOR PLATE MAY MOVE WHEN THE BRAKE IS APPLIED IN EITHER THE FORWARD OR REVERSE DIRECTION.
