BRAKE HUB ROTORS WERE NOT MANUFACTURED TO THE PROPER SPECIFICATIONS, CAUSING MISALIGNMENT AND EVENTUAL FAILURE OF THE OUTER WHEEL BEARING.
THE WRONG SIZE CUP WAS INCLUDED IN THE WHEEL CYLINDER REPAIR KIT. THE OVERSIZED CUP MAY ALLOW A FLUID BYPASS, RESULTING IN A LOSS OF BRAKE FLUID.
THE LOCK WIRE GROOVE IN THE BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER WAS IMPROPERLY MACHINED. THIS COULD LEAD TO BRAKE FAILURE.
