2013 STALLION 900 Recall Overview: Stallion Bus and Transit Corp. (Stallion Bus) is recalling certain model year 2013 900 series transit buses manufactured from March 1, 2013, through October 31, 2013. The 12 volt to 24 volt power converter on the wiper system may shut off when the wiper speed is changed resulting in a loss of wiper function.
