2016 OSHKOSH S-SERIES Recall Overview: Oshkosh Corporation (Oshkosh) is recalling certain model year 2016 S-Series Front Discharge Concrete Mixers manufactured May 16, 2016, to May 25, 2016, equipped with a Cummins ISX12 or ISX15 engine using certain engine control modules (ECM). These ECM's may experience an internal electrical short that can cause a fuse to blow, resulting in an unexpected engine stall without the ability to restart the engine.
