0 HENDRICKSON BRIDGE AXLE Recall Overview: Hendrickson USA. L.L.C. (Hendrickson) is recalling certain Bridge Axles, part number B5R13X-04B, manufactured December 7, 2015, to January 11, 2016. The affected bridge axles have tube sleeves that may crack along the seam welds.
