2013 ELGIN BROOM BADGER Recall Overview: Elgin Sweeper Company Inc. (Elgin) is recalling certain model year 2012-2014 Broom Badger sweeper trucks manufactured March 1, 2013, to October 1, 2014. The affected vehicles are equipped with a modification hydraulic oil cooler fan wiring harness. The oil cooler fan may fail and cause overheating.
