2008 TOR TRUCK DR8490 Recall Overview: TOR Truck Company (TOR) is recalling certain model year 2008 DR8490 drilling rog carrier vehicles, manufactured January 1, 2008, to June 1, 2008. In the affected vehicles the accelerator pedal mechanical power spring, may fail prematurely. This could cause the accelerator pedal to not return to idle position.
