0 KELLY KDA Recall Overview: Sumitomo Rubber USA, LLC (Sumitomo) is recalling certain Kelly Armorsteel KDA tires, size 11R22.5 Load Range G, manufactured December 4, 2016, to December 17, 2016. The tires do not have the tire size, maximum load rate, speed restriction, number of plies, the word tubeless and the load range information marked on both sidewalls. As, such these tires fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 119, New Pneumatic Tires-Other Than Passenger Cars.
