2002 RIDE THE DUCKS AMPHIBIOUS VEHICLE Recall Overview: Ride The Ducks International LLC (RTDI) is recalling certain 1999-2002 Stretch Amphibious passenger vehicles. The headlights may have been mounted 56 above the ground instead of being mounted between 22 and 54 above the ground as is required to prevent the headlights from blinding oncoming traffic. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 108, Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment.
