2018 EVANS FLATBED TRAILER Recall Overview: John Evans Manufacturing Co. (John Evans) is recalling certain 2017-2018 Flatbed trailers. The air brake diaphragm on these vehicles may degrade and allow the brake system air to leak from the quick release valve causing the emergency brakes to engage.
