(RockyMounts) is recalling certain Split Rail 1.25 bicycle racks, part number 11300, MonoRail 2 bicycle racks, part number 10004, SplitRail 2 bicycle racks, part number 11400, and MonoRail 1.25 bicycle racks, part number 10003. The weld that attaches the hitch tube to the pivot bracket may crack and fail allowing the upper portion of the rack with the bicycles attached to separate from the vehicle.
