SOME OF THE BIKE CARRIERS HAVE END CAPS ON THE ARMS THAT ARE NOT SUFFICIENTLY TIGHT. THE POTENTIAL EXISTS FOR THE BIKE(S) TO SLIDE UP THE HOLDING ARMS OF THE CARRIER, FORCE THE LOOSE END CAPS OFF AND FALL OFF THE RACK.
