0 DYGERT 500-31 Recall Overview: THE ROUND STEEL TUBING USED TO MANUFACTURE THE SEATBACK CAN CONTAIN AN INAPPROPRIATE GRADE OF STEEL OR DEFECTIVE STEEL. THIS CAN CAUSE THE SEATBACK TO BEND, WARP, TWIST BACKWARDS, AND TO EVENTUALLY BREAK, CAUSING THE SEATBACK TO FAIL.
