THEY ARE NOT AS VISIBLE AS LIGHTS WHICH MEET THE FMVSS REQUIREMENTS. CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECT: TRAILERS EQUIPPED WITH THESE LAMPS MAY PRESENT A VISIBILITY PROBLEM AT NIGHT.
