CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECT: AXLE SEAT CAN CRACK OR BREAK, RESULTING IN AN IMPAIRED BRAKE LINE FUNCTION CAUSING A BRAKE LOCKUP DUE TO THE FAIL/SAFE DESIGN OF THE AIR BRAKE SYSTEM. THE UNEXPECTED STOP MAY CAUSE AN ACCIDENT.
