THE WEBBING SURFACE DOES NOT ALLOW PROPER GRAB WITH THE ADJUSTER COMPONENT. THE WEBBING DOES NOT LOCK AT THE PRESCRIBED ANGLE OF 30 DEGREES WHICH FAILS TO CONFORM TO FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 209, SEAT BELT ASSEMBLIES.
