1998 EAST MANUFACTURING PUP Recall Overview: ON CERTAIN DOUBLE PULL BEHIND SEMI-TRAILERS WITH ROLLER CIRCLE CONVERTER DOLLY LOCKS, THE SNAP RING THAT SUSPENDS THE DOLLY LOCK PIN MAY DISLODGE ALLOWING THE PIN TO INADVERTENTLY ENGAGE IN THE DOLLY LOCK TUBE.
