WHEN THIS OCCURS, THERE IS NO WAY TO OPEN THE COMPARTMENT DOOR WITHOUT DISMANTLING THE HANDLE ASSEMBLY OR IN AN EMERGENCY SITUATION FORCEFULLY OPENING THE DOOR USING A PRY BAR OR FIREMAN'S AXE.
