THIS NUT MAY NOT HAVE BEEN TIGHTENED TO SPECIFICATIONS AND MAY BACK OFF THE STEERING COLUMN AS A RESULT. THIS WILL ALLOW THE STEERING WHEEL TO DISENGAGE FROM THE COLUMN.
