2004 INTERNATIONAL 4400 Recall Overview: CERTAIN TRUCKS FAIL TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 120, TIRE SELECTION AND RIMS FOR MOTOR VEHICLES OTHER THAN PASSENGER CARS, AND WITH PART 567, 'CERTIFICATION.' THE COMPLETE VEHICLE LABEL WITH THE GROSS VEHICLE WEIGHT RATING (GVWR), GROSS AXLE WEIGHT RATING (GAWR), RECOMMENDED TIRE SIZE AND TIRE PRESSURE WAS NOT INSTALLED ON THE VEHICLE.
