THE SEATS MAY NOT HAVE HAD THE CORRECT HARDWARE INSTALLED ON THEM WHICH FAILS TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 222, SCHOOL BUS PASSENGER SEATING AND CRASH PROTECTION.
