OPERATION OF THE TRAILERS HAS REVEALED A POSSIBILITY THAT THE AXLE BRACKET-TO-AXLE WELDS COULD CRACK, AND THE CRACKS COULD PROPAGATE INTO THE AXLE BEAM.
