THESE HELMETS FAIL THE RETENTION REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 218, MOTORCYCLE HELMETS. THE STITCHING ON THE RIGHT SIDE EAR FLAP IS INSUFFICIENT.
