2003 HACKNEY 4-PL-4.5 Recall Overview: CERTAIN TRUCK BODIES BUILT ON ISUZU CHASSIS FAIL TO CONFORM TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 108, LAMPS, REFLECTIVE DEVICES, AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT. THE TURN SIGNAL FLASH RATE IS EXCESSIVE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE AN ACCEPTABLE FLASH RATE.
