0 PROLUMEN H3 Recall Overview: CERTAIN UMNITZA REPLACEABLE LIGHTING CAPSULES BRANDED AS PROLUMEN HID KITS, P/NOS H1, H3, H4, 9006, AND 9007. THE REPLACEMENT KITS FAIL TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 108, LAMPS, REFLECTIVE DEVICES, AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT. THEY MAY CAUSE A HIGHER THAN ALLOWED AMOUNT OF GLARE TO ONCOMING TRAFFIC.
