THESE VEHICLES FAIL TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 121, AIR BRAKE SYSTEMS. THE BRAKE ACTUATION AND RELEASE TIMING OF THE AIR BRAKE SYSTEM ON THESE VEHICLES MAY NOT PERFORM CORRECTLY.
