THESE VEHICLES WERE BUILT WITHOUT REAR SIDE REFLECTORS; THEREFORE, FAIL TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 108, LAMPS, REFLECTIVE DEVICES, AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT.
