ON CERTAIN BICYCLE WHEEL SIZES, THERE IS A POTENTIAL FOR THE USER TO TIGHTEN THE FRONT HOOPS IN A WAY THAT DOES NOT ADEQUATELY SECURE THE BICYCLE WHEEL. BICYCLE WHEEL SIZES AFFECTED: 26, 29, AND 700C.
