THESE SEATS WERE MANUFACTURED WITH DEFECTIVE POLYSTYRENE BACKS AND CUSHIONS WHICH WERE NOT SUBJECTED TO STEAM PRESSURE IN THE MOLDING PROCESS FOR AN ADEQUATE PERIOD OF TIME RESULTING IN THE INNER POLYSTYRENE BEADS NOT COMPLETELY BONDING.
