2008 MEDTEC AMBULANCE Recall Overview: MEDTEC IS RECALLING 72 MY 2007-2009 ADDITIONAL DUTY AMBULANCES. THE SEAT BELT ANCHORS FOR THE SQUAD BENCH ARE FASTENED TO THE SIDEWALL OF THE AMBULANCE BODY, USING 1/4-20 SELF-THREADING MACHINE SCREWS. IN SOME CASES, INCORRECT MOUNTING SCREWS WERE INSTALLED. THE SEAT BELT ANCHORS COULD PULL FREE OF THE WALL MOUNTING.
