0 EVCA EV2201 Recall Overview: EV-Charge America Ltd. (EVCA) is recalling certain electric vehicle charging stations produced from May 15, 2009, through August 15, 2012. Due to an improper relay, the electrical lead that connects to the vehicle may be energized even when the charging station is turned off.
