CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECT: HEADLAMPS WERE MADE IN SUCH A MANNER THAT IF AIMED ON THE VEHICLE WITH A MECHANICAL AIMING DEVICE, THE BEAM WOULD BE LOW AND SLIGHTLY TO THE LEFT, THEREBY REDUCING SEEING DISTANCE WHEN HEADLAMPS ARE OPERATING ON LOW BEAM.
