BENDING OCCURS ON THE LOCKING BRACKET ATTACHMENTS AND IN THE RAMP EXTRUSION WHICH FAIL TO CONFORM TO THE LOADING REQUIREMENT OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 403, PLATFORM LIFT SYSTEMS FOR MOTOR VEHICLES.
