0 TURNER TURNER Recall Overview: A FRACTURE OR SEPARATION MAY OCCUR ON THE FRONT FACE OF THE OUTER TUBE WHICH SURROUNDS THE RUBBER BUSHING AT THE AXLE CONNECTION. CRACKING MAY ALSO EXIST IN THE HANGER BRACKET. IF SUCH A DEFECT EXISTS, IT COULD EVENTUALLY CAUSE BREAKING AWAY OF THE TORQUE ARM SYSTEM, THE HANGER BRACKET, OR BOTH.
