2012 CAMPAGNA V13R Recall Overview: CAMPAGNA MOTORS (CAMPAGNA) IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2011 AND 2012 V13R THREE WHEEL VEHICLES MANUFACTURED FROM AUGUST 2010 THROUGH JUNE 2012. THE SEAT BELT BUCKLE ASSEMBLY ON THE VEHICLE CHASSIS MAY HAVE BEEN INSTALLED IMPROPERLY. THE HARDWARE USED TO INSTALL THE BUCKLE ON THE CHASSIS MAY HAVE BEEN REVERSED.
