The driver and passenger seat mounting space not have been properly tightened. The bolts can come loose and cause the seat to move if involved in a crash. Thus, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 207, Seating Systems.
